Heipä vain, täällä taas. Elossa ollaan.
Jospa tällä viikolla saisin vähän enemmän piirreltyä jotta olisi tännekin jotain laitettavaa. :)

Tässä tällaisia tällä kertaa. Joskus elämässä on paljon keskeneräisiä juttuja ja tekemättömiä asioita, jotka tuntuvat kuin kaakattavalta kanaparvelta joka tunkeilee ympärillä eikä anna hetken rauhaa. Ainoa keino päästä niistä eroon on katkoa jokaiselta niskat yksitellen. Sekä asioista että kanoista.

Here's today's offering. Some times in our lives there's a lot of unfinished and pending things which can feel like a cawing flock of hens that obtrude around you and won't give you a moments peace. The only way to get rid of them is to snap their necks, one by one. The hens, as well as the things.

This week will be taken to it's end by this depressed tortoise who has made a series of poor life choices in the department store of destiny. Fortunately all is not at an end, even though most things won't go as you would wish.

Nyt sitten vanhempaa settiä, koska matkan päällä on vaikea saada uploadattua uusia piirusteluja.

Tämä haltiapoika oli ihan tyytyväinen elämäänsä metsässä keijujen ja pieneläinten kanssa, kunnes joku iso puu kertoi sille että sen pitää lähteä pelastamaan joku prinsessa, tai muuten koko valtakunnan tulevaisuus on vaakalaudalla.

Onpas ollut viikko! Pahoittelut päivitysten uupumisesta.

Palasin tiistaina takaisin kotiin, jossa odotti intensiivistä kuoma-aikaa muualla asuvien tyyppejen kanssa. Kiitos tyypeille, toivottavasti nähdään taas pian. ;)

Siinä hulinassa ei ole paljoa ehtinyt piirrellä. Asiaa ei auta yhtään se, että puhelimeni jössittiin keskiviikkoaamuna! Miten riippuvainen sitä voi olla yhdestä pikkulaitteesta? Siinä meni liuta tärkeitä valokuvia ja viestejä. :''''( Enkä päässyt nettiinkään vähään aikaan, koska käytin mobiiliyhteyttä.
Nyt kaikki on taas jotenkuten normaalisti. Yhteys toimii ja on uusi puhelinkin. Päivityksiä luvassa viikon joka päivä!

Tänään vähän taas mustetta ja siveltimiä. Hauskaa mutta haastavaa.
Maalasin myös puhelimeni takakuoreen pikku viiksivallun. Indian ink pysyy muovissa yllättävän hyvin!

What a week! Sorry for not updating.

I returned home on tuesday, where some intense bro-time with friends who live off-town was awaiting me. Thanks guys, I hope we'll meet again soon! ;)

In that ruffle I didn't have much time to draw. It didn't help the matter at all that my phone was nicked on wednesday morning! How dependent can you be upon one small device? There went a bunch of important photos and messages. :''''( And I didn't have internet access for some time because I was using the mobile connection.
Now everything's more or less back to normal. The surf is up and I've got a new phone. There will be updates on every day this week!

Today, some ink and brushes. Fun but challenging.
I also painted a little mustachioned dude on the back of my phone. Indian ink sticks to plastic fairly well!
I think I'll color the pops some time today.

Oon katellut tässä vanhaa sarjaa The Shield - Lain varjolla, joka kertoo likaisista poliiseista, jotka ovat valmiita tekemään mitä hyvänsä hyvän tarkoituksen eteen. Sarjan alkupuolesta paistaa 90-luvun läheisyys, mutta se tekee siitä vain sympaattisemman. Suosittelen! Netflixistä löytyy!

I've been watching this series The Shield. It tells the story of some dirty cops who're willing to do almost anything to further their good cause. It's proxomity to the sweet 90's is apparent in the beginning of the series, but that only adds to it's charm. I recommend! It's on Netflix!

Gotta try somethin'

Ostimpa siveltimen mustetta varten ja hyviä papereita, sekä uuden luonnoslehtiön.
Kokeilin vähän sivellintä indian inkillä uudelle lehtiölle. Hauskaa mutta melko vaikeaa, kuten lapsellisesta jäljestä huomaa!
Tuhersin myös Taika-Eskosta hurjemman version. Esko ei oo pelkkää hauskaa ja pelejä. Ajattelin koittaa digi-inkkausta Eskolla vielä tänään. (Ja tossa myös se nopsa digailu, yök!)
Alhaalla kuva mun yleisimmistä välineistä. Jonkun verran tulee käytettyä myös kuitukärkiä mutta nyt ei sellasta löydy ehjänä.

I bought a brush to use with ink, some good paperstuff and a new sketchbook.
I tried the brush with indian ink on the new sketcher. Fun but quite hard, as you can see from the elementary schooler quality!
I also doodled a fiercer version of Magic-Eddie. He's not only fun and games you know. I should propably try digital inking on him today. (And there's the digi-quickie, yuck!)
